Real Colorado has the privilege of hosting two competitive tournaments over Memorial Day Weekend each year. In 2007, we made a move, literally and figuratively, which vaulted our tournaments to the top of every team's and every college coach's list.... We moved our tournaments to Dick's Sporting Goods Park, home of the Colorado Rapids, featuring 24 full-sized, fully lit, grass and turf (2) fields. By all accounts, the 2007 Real Colorado Cup (283 teams) and the Colorado Showcase (125 teams including 55 teams from outside of Colorado) provided the best national competition and showcasing opportunities on the best fields in the United States. In 2008, we look forward to building on the legacy of both tournaments.
