2008 Colorado Showcase
will feature ODP Teams

Regional ODP Coaches will attend

• Colorado Youth Soccer and Real Colorado will provide airfare, lodging and meals for Regional Coaches
• Great Opportunity for ODP teams/players to be observed prior to summer ODP camps

125 teams played in the 2007 Colorado Showcase

• 40 ODP teams
• 55 top teams from Cal North, Cal South, WA, OR, GA, AZ, TX, NM, NV, KS, NE, UT, WY, MT
• All of CO’s top showcasing teams
• We will accept 140 qualified teams this year
• We expect to fill very early so APPLY NOW!

Dick’s Sporting Goods Park:

• Home of CO Rapids, MLS Team
• 23 full-size, fully lit fields
• All fields surround the CO Rapids Stadium
• Ample bus parking, very close to hotels and restaurants

Competition/Format of Play

•     * ODP teams play ODP and State Cup Finalist teams
• ‘94-’95 Teams will compete; ’91-’93 Teams Exhibition-Style
• 3 or 4 Full-Length Games Available for ODP teams
• 4th game will be on Monday, 5/26

 Tournament Parameters:

• Play will begin at noon on Friday, 5/23
• Team check-in will be 10 am till 2 pm on Friday, 5/23, at Cantina at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park  OR
• Teams may check in on Thursday, 5/22, at CO Showcase Tent at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, 6 pm till 9 pm
• 4th games will be scheduled in the morning of Monday, 5/26 – requests may be made for an additional game on Fri., Sat., or Sun., if preferred, and will be accommodated as the tournament schedule allows.

 Tournament Cost:

• $850 fee includes 15 tickets to CO Rapids MLS game during tournament weekend (optional for ODP teams, if not interested)
• Extra tickets are available for purchase for $15 each
• Game is scheduled for Saturday evening during tournament weekend
• No tournament games will be played during the CO Rapids game
• Every ODP team attended last year and LOVED the experience!

 College Coaches from all Divisions will attend

•  Each year, our numbers of coaches has grown
• Most prestigious schools in the nation will be here, as well as NAIA, Jr. colleges, and Divisions 1, 2, 3
