Recommendation for Coaching Issues and Conflicts
Find an appropriate time to speak with the coach to resolve the problem. We suggest that any concerns are voiced to the coaching staff 24 hours after a game or at an appropriate time following practice.
If the problem has not been resolved, inform the appropriate staff member of the situation. He/she will work all concerned parties to find a solution.
If the aforementioned has not provided sufficient resolution, write a letter addressed to Lorne Donaldson, General Manager, as well as copy the letter to Jared Spires, Director of Operations detailing the facts of the issues. At this point they may bring it to the attention of the competitive coaches committee. You will receive a written response within 30 days.
